This year’s D-DAYs and the Dystonia Europe Annual Conference took place last April in Oslo, Norway in collaboration with the Norwegian Dystonia Association, NDF.
A total of 95 people attended the D-DAYs meeting.
They were:
44 dystonia patients and family members
16 physiotherapists (Norway, Sweden, Finland)
5 neurologists (Norway)
1 Occupational Therapist (Norway)
2 DBS Nurses (UK)
14 company representatives from 6 companies
11 speakers
2 others (photographer and DE IT-advisor)
It was the 3rd meeting called D(dystonia)-DAYs (Paris 2014, Rotterdam 2015, Oslo 2016)
But it was also the 23 Annual Conference of Dystonia Europe & General Assembly, since the founding in 1993.
From our members there were 10 member organisations, represented by 19 delegates.
A total of 12 nationalities were at the meeting.
