During Dystonia Awareness Month, September 2021, we encourage people with dystonia to engage with us and let us know what they do to Escape Dystonia and feel better.

Let us know what help you to manage your symptoms and forget about dystonia! It can be your hobbies like knitting or dancing, volunteering, sport, art or spending time with your grandchildren. It t could be anything.

Share a photo or video of yourself doing your activity, your name and little description. You can either share on social media channels using hashtag #EscapeDystonia or send to us at sec@dystonia-europe.org
